Freemasonry Unwrapped

24 July 2017 - 10:00am

Celebrating 300 years of sociability, Charity, and integrity.
An Exhibition by the Worcesershire Museum of Freemasonry, Guildhall, Worcester.

This year, Freemasons   all   over   the   Country   will   be   celebrating the  Tercentenary   of Freemasonry in their own way.

The Worcestershire Museum of Freemasonry is no exception, and as part of the celebrations will be staging what can only be described as probably the largest exhibition of Freemasonry ever held in England. The event will be staged at Worcester Guildhall between 24th July and 5th August 2017, to coincide  with  the  Three Choirs Festival. Coincidentally, the Worcestershire Museum of Freemasonry, originally started by W. Bro. George Taylor, will be 130 years old at the same time.

It is unlikely than an exposition of this nature will be held again in our lifetime me, so do not miss out on this unique opportunity to visit this unique exhibition, with your friends and family.

The displays have been carefully thought out and prepared, and gives a wonderful insight into our fraternity, both to Freemasons and non-masons. At the same time you could also visit the Museum itself which is situated in Rainbow Hill, Worcester, within walking distance of the Guildhall. Here you will be able to wonder through the various rooms, viewing some of the 14000 artefacts which include books, aprons jewels and china from across the Province of Worcestershire and indeed, from all over the world.

If you want be part of the exhibition by giving some of your me to help at the exhibition: Contact:  The Secretary:  Alan Dally.
