Masonic Charitable Foundation – Hospice Grants 2017

MCF, Charity Grants Committee has approved £450,000 for Hospices across England.

In total, the Masonic Community has awarded over £12million to the Hospices since 1984, through the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF).

The Hospices in Worcestershire receiving grants are:

Acorns Children's Hospice - Three Counties (Worcester)

St Richard's Hospice Foundation

£2,530

In addition, £150,000 has been awarded in partnership with Hospice UK, the National charity for Hospice care. 

This is a pilot project to give more substantial grants to hospices.

The grants will help develop and extend bereavement support services in hospices; the effect of these services will enhance the well-being of bereaved families or individuals.

The approved grants totalling: £150,000.
